1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at trailblazer.earth or engaging the services of Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or engage our services.

2. Services

Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions provides the following services to residential and commercial customers in western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota:

• Tree removal
• Tree trimming and pruning
• Stump grinding
• Land clearing
• On-site saw milling and lumber processing
• Firewood cutting and splitting
• Lawn care and maintenance
• Snow management and removal

All services are performed by licensed and insured crews in accordance with applicable industry safety standards. The specific scope of work for each job is defined in the written estimate provided prior to service.

3. Estimates & Quotes

All estimates are provided free of charge and in writing prior to any work beginning. Quoted prices are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may be adjusted from the original estimate only if conditions on-site differ materially from those assessed during the estimate visit (for example, discovery of undisclosed underground utilities, significant changes in project scope, or hazardous conditions not visible at time of estimate). Any such changes will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will provide you with an estimated arrival window. Scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, the complexity of prior jobs, or emergency service calls. We will contact you promptly if your scheduled appointment needs to change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice by calling or texting (651) 280-4156.

Repeated last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a cancellation fee of up to $75 to offset crew scheduling and preparation costs.

Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions reserves the right to reschedule jobs due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control, at no charge to the customer.

5. Property Access & Conditions

By scheduling a service, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonably accessible access to the work area
• Disclose the location of all underground utilities, irrigation systems, septic systems, invisible fencing, and other buried infrastructure before work begins
• Move vehicles, equipment, furniture, and personal property from the work zone prior to crew arrival
• Ensure pets and children are kept safely away from the work area during service

Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions is not responsible for damage to underground systems that were not disclosed or not clearly marked before work began. We strongly recommend contacting 811 (Call Before You Dig) prior to any ground-disturbing work.

We are not responsible for damage to items left in the work zone after you have been advised to clear the area.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required as specified in your written estimate.

Overdue balances not paid within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance.

Accounts that require collections action will be responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney's fees and court costs, to the extent permitted by Wisconsin law.

7. Financing

Financing options may be available for qualifying projects and customers. Financing is subject to credit approval through our third-party financing partner. Terms, rates, and eligibility requirements are set by the financing partner, not by Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions.

Please ask about financing availability when requesting your estimate. We also offer discounts for active and veteran military members and first responders — ask for details when booking.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

This guarantee applies to the quality of workmanship and site cleanup. It does not cover circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Storm or weather damage occurring after job completion
• Natural regrowth, disease, or pest activity after trimming or treatment
• Damage resulting from undisclosed underground or on-site conditions
• Changes in desired outcome requested after work is complete

9. Liability

a) Insurance

Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. A certificate of insurance is available upon request prior to work beginning.

b) Property Damage

While every precaution is taken, tree and outdoor services carry inherent risks. We will take care of your property, but are not responsible for minor, unavoidable incidental damage to lawns, landscaping, soil compaction, or hardscaping that is a normal and expected result of the type of work performed and was disclosed in advance in the estimate.

c) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, failures to perform, or damages caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

d) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions for any claim arising from or related to a specific service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on trailblazer.earth — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and design elements — is the property of Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Trailblazers Outdoor Solutions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
