A seasonal contract is a flat rate for the whole winter — every storm is covered regardless of how many there are. Per-event service is billed per plow visit. Seasonal gives you budget certainty; per-event gives flexibility. We'll help you decide what makes sense for your situation.
You set the threshold — typically 2 inches is common for residential and 1 inch for commercial. Once accumulation hits your trigger, we dispatch without you having to call. For major storms, we may make multiple passes.
Yes. Sidewalk clearing and ice control (salt or sand) are standard parts of our service — not add-ons you have to ask for. Keeping your walkways safe is part of the job.
